Description:
This small sized training knife was created to represent a good cross
section of the most common size of knife encountered in everyday life
in North America; the pocket folder. Only slightly larger than a common Swiss Army Knife style blade, the smaller size and more accurate representation of size brings your level of precision in training up another notch, as it is much more difficult to strip or disarm during open or flow type drills. |

This larger blade was commissioned as a gift to a CQC Sambo instructor
for his retirement.
It is larger than it should be such that the beginner student can learn the basics of stripping and disarms safely while making progress. The Hornbeam Ironwood blade remains strong over it's length despite being thin. Chalkable high-density felt blade liner has been added since. |
